Registration Guidelines

Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunch and delegate kit.
1. Provide us your updated email id &mobile number. As it will be used for the registration receipt and other conferencecommunication.
2. Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons.
3. Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays/failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
4. It is mandatory for all delegates to carry their photo id (government approved) for smooth registration procedure.

Cancellation Refund

1. Requests for cancellation for refunds must be made in writing or through e-mail.
2. Request must be sent to Conference Secretariat Email: iaohns2023@eventful.co.in
3. No refund of registration fee will be provided for cancellation request received after 31 May 2023.
4. 50% of the registration would be deducted as processing charges and the balance 50% will be refunded one month after conference completion.

Please Note:-

1. Registration is mandatory for all the Delegates. Registration cannot be transferred.
2. Registration fee does not include travel and accommodation; these should be arranged by participants themselves.
3. The website will have the details of the tour & travel concierge to assist travel and accommodation requirements of the delegates.
4. Delegate kit will not be given to accompanying persons including spouse.

Force Majeure

IAOHNS 2023 Conference Postponement & Cancellation:
IAOHNS 2023 Organizing Committee governing body shall not be liable for failure or delay to organize IAOHNS 2023 Conference, which may become practicably impossible because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizing committee governing body. Such circumstances include without limitation natural disasters or acts of God;acts of terrorism; labor disputes or stoppages; war; government acts or orders; epidemics, pandemics or outbreak of communicable disease including ongoing COVID-19; lockdowns & quarantines; national or regional emergencies; or any other cause, whether similar in kind to the foregoing or otherwise, beyond the reasonable control of the organizing committee IAOHNS 2023 governing body.

Postponement of Conference

Conference dates of IAOHNS 2023 if affected by force majeure shall be tolled for the duration of such force majeure, i.e. Not to cancel but reschedule the Conference to revised dates as soon as possible after the force majeure condition ceases to exist. Any refunds claimed by delegates on account of change of dates of Event shall be subject to cancellation policy published on website and registration form.

Cancellation of Conference

If the Force Majeure period Lasts for such prolonged times or its residual effects are long lasting thereby making it impractical to conduct the conference, the event shall be cancelled. In case of cancellation of the event, the refundable deposit shall be returned to the delegates with some deduction (If any) made on account of non-recoverable expenses incurred in the preparations including but not limited to reservations, MARCOM (Mktg. & communication) & IT expenses, Office Admin, Taxation, Professional Fee & Onsite Setup etc, as per the decision of IAOHNS 2023 governing body.
